Hey guys,

With this round of the playoff closing in, can’t say I would have wanted anything different with the playoffs - Detroit and Lakers leading. Orlando Magic is another Dark Horse to watch out for… my bets are on them…

We had some real close games, controversies; all in all a complete action packed season. Though I personally feel it was shame to hear that Avery Johnson got sacked as coach.
Well I’ll let you on to the real reason for me being so upbeat, a few days back a friend of my introduced me to this AWESOME mobile app which streams live scores on to my phone, YEAH!! I got to keep track of the game – it was Lakers vs. Denver, I said to myself, “How come I didn’t have this before?”

Since then I have been hooked on it... for live score updates for all the games in progress, info of my favorite teams – schedules, standings, breaking news, the whole work at a glance no matter where I go. The latest info is automatically pushed to the phone. I have been finding this a really handy to stay in touch with all the coverage surrounding the game while I am on the go, trust me when I say “I haven’t missed a game ever since”.

It’s a Free app and you can get it by visiting http://nba.plusmo.com on your phone.

Am all geared up for the upcoming NBA Finals in June. Have definitely scored a 3pointer with this mobile app.

Alright! Way to end the season, on a winning note!

We hung on to beat the 76'ers 115 - 109. Ended the season 32 - 50 after last year being 33-49. Very disappointing, after such high expectations with J-Rich coming in and Dudley in the draft. But May and Morrison being lost for the year really hurt, and the team had to get use to a new Coach and the Coach to the team. Still, we were better than out record indicates.

J-Rich was solid with 29 pts and 7 reb
Okafor with 24 pts 9 reb
Ray with 18 pts and 12 asts
Matt with 19 pts and 8 reb
Nazr with 12 pts and 5 reb
Solid bench play also.

Well, with the #8 pick, unless the ping pong balls help or hurt us, and with May and Morrison back (hopefully) and with whatever changes await us personnel-wise, this will be an interesting off season and it leads us to a hopefully much better next season!

J-Rich was solid with 31 pts 10 reb and 4 asts
Nazr was great with 19 pts and 7 reb
Okafor had 8 pts and 15 reb (did not hardly shoot!)
Carroll, Dudley, Hollins and Boykins all OK from the bench
Charter is a pain in the butt to NBA teams. They should be shut down!

Hello Michael:

As you know, things on the BobcatsPlanet got very excited about the new Arena Naming and Broadcast Rights Deal. Lots of very happy people and I think it will greatly expand the popularity of the team.

Michael, here in the Upstate of SC, I was very excited about seeing the game tonight on Fox Sports South. But at 7:00, it is the Best Damn Sports on my channel, not the Bobcats. On the sister channel of SportsSouth which is to show Wednesday's game vs NY, they are showing the Braves game tonight. One of my talking buddies from the BobcatsPlanet is also in the Upstate, and he is as livid as I that we are being left out of the Fox Sports South showing. What is the deal? Our Cable here is Charter Communications, so does that have something to do with it? We are only 1 hr from Charlotte, but the SportsSouth and Fox Sports South have shown a lot of Atlanta sports that past couple years - the Hawks, Braves and Thrashers. Atlanta is 2.5 hrs away, so we are a Charlotte market. Are the Upstate Bobcat fans being thrown out to the Atlanta teams for some reason? Can you help us to find out. I know that today the team said the fans in NC and SC would see the game tonight on Fox Sports South, but that is not so. Please help us if you can.

I've gotten to know the players and I have really started enjoying this team. I just wish I'd started watching earlier in the season. I wish more NC people liked NBA and supported the Bobcats. I can't wait to see them play the Timberwolves on Tuesday. I have tickets!

We have a 3 game road win streak, come home to a tough Toronto team and come up short 104 - 100. Great game from Bosh with 32, and all their starting 5 pretty much either matched ours or outdid ours. That is a good young team.

J-Rich had 26 pts 6 reb 2 asst and 3 stls
Wallace had 20 pts 8 reb 3 asst and 2 stls
Okafor has 18 pts 12 reb and 4 blk sht
Ray had 10 pts and 10 assists
Dudley pitched in with 11 pts and some tough Defense

3 road wins in a row! Took them 93 - 85. We were tied at 83 with 2:31 to go, and outscored them 10-2.
Great games from several players:
Ray had 18 pts 3 reb and 9 ast
Okafor 21 pts and 5 reb
J-Rich has 20 pts 5 reb and 5 assts
Crash had 7 pts 5 reb 5 asts and 2 stls
Carroll gave 9 pts and a few bench players contributed

I am so proud of the Bobcats right now. While other teams are "tanking", we fight to the end, stand tall and play hard. Hopefully, the ping pong balls fall right for us to compensate us fairly for not "tanking".

Back to back road victories. We nipped the Wilcox-less Sonics 96-93 at the buzzer. Fairly solid game from all the starters:

J-Rich had 27 pts 7 reb 5 ast and 3 stls
Ray had 23 pts and 6 asts (need to get the asts # up)
An OKAFOR sighting! 19 pts and 9 reb
Dudley had 5 pts 6 reb and 4 stls
Crash had 11 pts 6 reb 3 asts and 4 stls

Wow! Can we make it a 3 game winning streak on the road? We have Portland tonight - it is winnable.

Upset special! We win on the road 108 - 95. Great game all way around for us:

J-Rich goes for 34 pts and 10 reb
Ray 13 pts 10 assts
Crash for 15 pts 8 reb and 7 assts
Okafor for 11 pts and 11 reb
Carroll for 18 pts and Dudley 5 pts 7 reb

Against a team who is one of the best in the West and who needed a win to stay atop in the standings, we surprised everyone!

OUch. Lost 128 - 106. I watched until about 3 min to go in 2nd qtr, and we were hanging tough, down only 3. I see they closed out the 2nd BIG TIME on us, aas we were down 14 at the half. They expanded to a 20 pt lead after 3rd, and we won the 4th by 2 pts.

Crash beginning to look more himself with 21, and J-Rich had 26, but with 7 TO's. Good Bench play, and Ray looked so-so as the PG. Uninspiring play from Nazr at the Center tonight, and Okafor showed why most want him out of Charlotte. 4 pts and 2 reb. He is just not showing any desire at all to play the game. Very sad turn of events for him and for Charlotte. He turned down $13 mil per yr to prove he was worth more, and now he has lost millions of $ by looking very bad. And Charlotte will likely lose the face of their franchise after this coming season. Actually, I anticipate a Sign and Trade once they lift the moritorium on signing those going into their last yr.
